What clothes and brands do we find in your boxes?

Our boxes are filled with iconic vintage clothing, perfect for attracting your customers! You will find a wide selection of shirts, jeans, T-shirts, sweaters, workwear…and much more.

And because quality is essential, we select pieces from major brands as Ralph Lauren, Levi's, Dickies, Patagonia, The North Face and many more. A great way to offer your store vintage gems that make a difference!

Can I resell my clothes to TAGZ?

No, we do not buy back clothes.

However, if you are semi-wholesaler or professional, do not hesitate to contact our sales department for possible collaborations.

Where do your vintage clothes come from?

We work with international suppliers specialized in vintage and second-hand fashion.

Each batch is carefully sorted and selected to meet current market standards.

Who are our clothes for?

Do you offer retail sales?

No,TAGZ is a wholesaler and only sells wholesale (lots per kilo or per piece).

How does clothes sorting work?

Our process takes place in several stages:

  1. Sourcing & initial sorting by our international suppliers.
  2. Selection and categorization according to TAGZ trends and standards.
  3. Quality control to eliminate possible counterfeits as well as excessively damaged parts.
What is the quality of the clothes in the batches?

Our lots are made up of second-hand garments carefully selected for their resale potential. They consist primarily of Grade A items (approximately 80%), complemented by around 20% Grade B, reflecting the reality of the vintage and second-hand market.

Grade A items correspond to garments in good overall condition, in line with professional second-hand standards. Grade B items may show more visible signs of wear (light stains, fading, fabric wear or minor defects), while still remaining suitable for resale with the right positioning.

As with any pre-owned clothing, some items may show natural signs of use (slightly softened fabric, less rigid finishes, minor imperfections due to wear and washing). These characteristics are inherent to the vintage market and are part of the product’s lifecycle.

👉 To optimize your resale, we recommend carrying out basic garment care before selling: washing, ironing, and, if needed, light stain removal or minor adjustments. This process is a standard part of textile revalorization and helps enhance both presentation and customer appeal.

Our lots are designed to provide a balanced overall quality, allowing you to adapt your resale strategy (individual sales, bundle offers, or resale after light refurbishment).

Exception – “Mix Grade B” Lots

Lots explicitly labeled as “Mix Grade B” consist exclusively of garments with visible signs of wear, in line with Grade B standards. These items may require more in-depth cleaning, minor repairs, or adjusted pricing strategies before resale. Their pricing reflects this specific condition.

Will I receive exactly the items seen in the photo?

No, the photos are examples of what you can find in our lots.

These photos are taken by us from representative clothing from our arrivals, which gives you an indication of the type of products, general quality and styles offered, without guaranteeing the presence of identical models, brands, sizes or colors in your order.

Delivery and returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges.

What are the delivery times and conditions?

We prepare your orders in 24 to 72 working hours, ready to be shipped so that you can receive your stock as soon as possible.

The shipping time corresponds to the time required to prepare and hand over the package to the carrier.
The delivery time will then depend on the shipping method chosen and your location.

If you are close to our warehouse, you can also collect your order directly on site (only on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.).

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • France: 1 to 2 working days at home, 3 to 4 working days at a relay point.
  • International: 2 to 4 working days.

These delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on the destination, the carrier and the volume of the order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, you have a 14-day processing time from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return.

Returns are accepted only on a complete batch, not used, andin its original state It is not possible to return a selection of parts from the same batch.

The return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless we have made a proven error.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

If your order is marked as shipped, we invite you to check the delivery status using the tracking number communicated by email.

In case of delay or problem reported by the carrier, please contact us so that we can open an investigation with the delivery service concerned.

Please note that delivery times are indicators and may vary depending on the carrier, the period or logistical constraints beyond our control.

What should I do if my package is damaged or incomplete upon receipt?

Upon receiving your package, check its condition before signing.

  • If the package is visibly damaged, refuse it from the carrier and contact us immediately at contact@tagz.now or by phone.
  • If any items are missing or damaged despite an apparently intact package, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the items and packaging.

We will then take the necessary steps to resolve the problem, in accordance with our shipping policy and applicable legal guarantees.

⚠️ Note: Delivery times and carrier liability apply until the package is actually delivered. Order conformity is guaranteed only upon receipt of the package by the customer.
