Box contents

  • Quantity: 15 sleeveless puffer vests.
  • Composition: approximately half the lot features recognized brands; the other half bears secondary or lesser-known brand labels, with a small number of items having no visible label.
  • Potential brands (approx. half the lot): Nike, Adidas, Puma, Fila, Columbia, The North Face, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Patagonia, Dickies, Converse, plus some secondary brands.
  • Target audience: Men and women (mixed in each lot).
  • Colors: Black, navy blue, khaki, beige, red, and other classic shades.
  • Styles: Quilted designs, with or without hoods, zip or snap closures, stand-up collars, side pockets.
  • Details: Side pockets, stand-up collar, lined interior for improved insulation.
  • Gender: Men and women (mixed in each lot).
  • Sizes: Assorted based on stock availability; cannot be selected.
  • Resale season: From late summer through the heart of winter.

Resale tips

Fifteen pieces sort along two axes here: condition (Grade A/B) and brand. Set aside the Grade B pieces first, then separate the recognised-brand pieces from the rest — they sell at different prices and on a different pitch.

Care tips

  • Check every closure before listing. A sticky zip or missing snap is the leading cause of returns here, whatever the brand.
  • Wash cold and gentle, no tumble dryer. Heat compresses the insulation and flattens its loft; on technical-lined pieces, dry cleaning is safer.
  • Air them out before shooting photos. A vest stored compressed regains its volume within a few hours in open air.

Resale strategy

  • On recognised-brand pieces, feature the logo in the title and first photo — that's what drives the search and justifies the price.
  • On pieces without a strong brand, sell the cut, colour and condition. A well-cut vest in great shape sells without a logo, provided the photos show it clearly.
  • Unlabelled pieces can be bundled in small lots of two or three rather than listed one by one, to avoid stacking up low-value individual listings.
  • List from late summer onward, for both categories of pieces.

Resale potential

Your cost: €6.60 per piece.

This lot mixes two value tiers. Pieces from recognised brands (Nike, Adidas, The North Face, Patagonia…) typically resell for €15 to €35 on Vinted, Depop or eBay. Pieces with a secondary or unfamiliar label resell more modestly, €6 to €15, carried by cut, colour and condition rather than the logo (indicative ranges — 🔶 to confirm and adjust against your own sales).

Potential on this box: between €126 and €300 in resale value for a €99 outlay — the rest comes down to your sorting and your photos.

Indicative only — it depends on your sorting, your photos and your market.

Understanding our grades

Every box displays a badge indicating its composition. Here is what each grade means:

🟢 Grade A — good overall condition

Garments that meet professional second-hand standards: few or no visible flaws. Resellable after a simple wash and press.

🟡 Grade B — visible signs of wear

Usable pieces showing more pronounced marks of use: light stains, fading, fabric wear or minor flaws. Well suited to resale at an adjusted price, or after light reconditioning.

What each badge means:

  • Badge "Grade A/B" → around 80% Grade A + 20% Grade B.
  • Badge "Grade B" → 100% Grade B (no Grade A pieces).
  • Badge "Bale" → around 75% Grade A on average, a rate that varies from one bale to the next.

👉 Always refer to the badge shown on each box: it states the exact composition of that particular lot.

Compressed bales: what to expect

A bale is not a box. It is sold exactly as we receive it: press-compressed and strapped. We remove no pieces, we recompose nothing, and we do not wash.

  • Around 75% Grade A on average, against ~80% for a box. This is an observed average that varies from one bale to the next: as no re-sorting is carried out, the composition depends entirely on the incoming shipment.
  • The clothes arrive creased. This is the effect of compression and has no impact on the fabric: steaming is enough.
  • Washing and ironing are your responsibility before listing.
  • Neither brands, nor sizes, nor models are guaranteed piece by piece. What the product page describes is an average composition, not a certified item-by-item content.

This is the accepted trade-off for the lowest price per piece in our catalogue: less selection upstream, more reconditioning work, and the widest margin once that work is done.

The reality of second-hand

Like any garment that has already had a first life, some items show natural signs of use: softened fabric, less rigid finishes, small imperfections that come from washing and time. These characteristics are inherent to vintage clothing and part of the product's life cycle.

Our advice for getting the most from your resale

Before listing, plan for light care: washing, ironing, and where needed stain removal or a minor repair. This reconditioning work makes a clear difference to how the pieces present and how attractive they look.

To learn more about our grading system and the distinction between Grade A and Grade B, see our dedicated guide.

Sizes and photos

Each box includes a balanced mix of sizes, styles, and colors, depending on available arrivals.

The photos shown are non-contractual: they illustrate the type of products you may receive, without guaranteeing specific models, sizes, or colors.

Each lot is unique, guaranteeing a pleasant surprise with every order.

Fast & Flexible Delivery

Your sourcing shouldn't wait.

All our orders are shipped within 24 to 72 business hours.

Delivery time then depends on the chosen shipping method and destination.

After dispatch, delivery times are estimated at 1 to 4 business days in France and 2 to 4 business days in Europe.

You will receive a tracking link upon shipment to track your package in real time.

Box of 15 sleeveless down jackets

Box description

This box holds 15 men's and women's sleeveless down vests — a genuine mix of recognised brands and more discreetly labelled pieces, valued for layering as well as for standalone winter wear.

What's in the box

Quilted vests make up the lot: insulated fill, zip or snap closure, stand collar, patch side pockets. Some models add a fixed or detachable hood, others a reinforced inner lining for warmth. The mix of men's and women's pieces, along with the colours — black, navy, khaki, beige, red and other classic tones — varies with each intake.

The brands you'll find

Roughly half the lot may include pieces from recognised brands — Nike, Adidas, Puma, Fila, Columbia, The North Face, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Patagonia, Dickies, Converse, depending on intake. The other half carries a secondary or less familiar label, with a minority of unlabelled pieces. Patagonia and The North Face pieces sometimes carry a registered technical fill, built for outdoor use rather than style alone.

What sells, and at what level

Recognised-brand pieces, particularly outdoor-technical models like Patagonia and The North Face, sell at a premium to buyers who spot the brand instantly. Pieces with a secondary or no visible brand still find buyers, at a more modest price, carried by cut, colour and condition rather than the logo.

The sleeveless down vest has a two-stage resale cycle: it's worn for layering as soon as the weather turns in early autumn, then stays in demand all winter as an extra layer under a heavier coat. Demand builds from late summer and holds through the depth of winter — a calendar that lets you stock this material months ahead of its resale peak.
