  • Gender: men's shirts
  • Sizes: mixed as they arrive, not selectable
  • Best resale season: year-round (short/long sleeve rotation)
  • Weight: ~45 kg, factor this into shipping

This lot may also include:

  • A few branded shirts not listed above, including lesser-known brands
  • US sizing on some pieces, which can run larger than European sizes
  • A few pieces with less sought-after patterns or fabrics, as with any unsorted lot

Resale tips

Sort Grade A from Grade B as soon as you receive the bale. For care: iron collars and cuffs first with a damp cloth, watch out for synthetic fabrics that can shine under a hot iron, and iron patterned pieces inside out. On a bale, some pieces need more thorough restoration (re-stitching, stain removal) — a few flaws will stay unfixable and should be priced accordingly.

For strategy: photograph patterns laid flat, always mention the fabric in your listing, and group Grade A pieces by brand (Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein…) into small "American preppy" themed batches rather than listing them loose. Plan around the seasonal shift: list short sleeves for spring/summer, long sleeves as fall approaches.

Resale potential

  • Cost: €1.80/piece.
  • After sorting, washing, and ironing, Grade A branded shirts of this type typically resell for €9 to €20 each on Vinted/Depop/eBay depending on brand and model (indicative range — confirm and adjust with your own sales).
  • Potential gain on this lot: around €1,800 in resale value for a cost of €640, based on a conservative average of €12 per piece across the ~150 Grade A pieces expected (75% of 200) (200 × 75% × €12) — the rest depends on your sorting and photos.
  • Indicative potential — depends on your sorting, your photos, and your market.

Understanding our grades

Every box displays a badge indicating its composition. Here is what each grade means:

🟢 Grade A — good overall condition

Garments that meet professional second-hand standards: few or no visible flaws. Resellable after a simple wash and press.

🟡 Grade B — visible signs of wear

Usable pieces showing more pronounced marks of use: light stains, fading, fabric wear or minor flaws. Well suited to resale at an adjusted price, or after light reconditioning.

What each badge means:

  • Badge "Grade A/B" → around 80% Grade A + 20% Grade B.
  • Badge "Grade B" → 100% Grade B (no Grade A pieces).
  • Badge "Bale" → around 75% Grade A on average, a rate that varies from one bale to the next.

👉 Always refer to the badge shown on each box: it states the exact composition of that particular lot.

Compressed bales: what to expect

A bale is not a box. It is sold exactly as we receive it: press-compressed and strapped. We remove no pieces, we recompose nothing, and we do not wash.

  • Around 75% Grade A on average, against ~80% for a box. This is an observed average that varies from one bale to the next: as no re-sorting is carried out, the composition depends entirely on the incoming shipment.
  • The clothes arrive creased. This is the effect of compression and has no impact on the fabric: steaming is enough.
  • Washing and ironing are your responsibility before listing.
  • Neither brands, nor sizes, nor models are guaranteed piece by piece. What the product page describes is an average composition, not a certified item-by-item content.

This is the accepted trade-off for the lowest price per piece in our catalogue: less selection upstream, more reconditioning work, and the widest margin once that work is done.

The reality of second-hand

Like any garment that has already had a first life, some items show natural signs of use: softened fabric, less rigid finishes, small imperfections that come from washing and time. These characteristics are inherent to vintage clothing and part of the product's life cycle.

Our advice for getting the most from your resale

Before listing, plan for light care: washing, ironing, and where needed stain removal or a minor repair. This reconditioning work makes a clear difference to how the pieces present and how attractive they look.

To learn more about our grading system and the distinction between Grade A and Grade B, see our dedicated guide.

Sizes and photos

Each box includes a balanced mix of sizes, styles, and colors, depending on available arrivals.

The photos shown are non-contractual: they illustrate the type of products you may receive, without guaranteeing specific models, sizes, or colors.

Each lot is unique, guaranteeing a pleasant surprise with every order.

Fast & Flexible Delivery

Don't let your sourcing wait.

All our orders are shipped within 24 to 72 business hours.

Delivery time then depends on the chosen shipping method and destination.

After shipment, delivery times are estimated at 1 to 4 business days in France and 2 to 4 business days in Europe.

Clothing Bale of 200 Branded Shirts

Box description

A casual and preppy mix led by recognized brands

This bale of 200 branded shirts brings together a casual, preppy mix built around established names in American menswear: Tommy Hilfiger, Chaps by Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Nautica. Short and long sleeves, solid or patterned, it covers a wide range of styles with enough volume to build a solid stock in a single order.

What's inside this bale

The lot alternates simple, versatile shirts — solid black, navy, or petrol blue — with more visually distinctive pieces: multicolor checks, vertical stripes, classic American preppy patterns. Fabrics vary piece by piece: cotton, rayon, and synthetic blends all show up, as in any unsorted secondhand bale.

The brands that carry the resale value

Tommy Hilfiger, Chaps by Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, and Nautica come up regularly in this type of lot — recognizable names that resell well on their own, trusted by Vinted and Depop buyers. Other premium and mainstream brands round out the mix depending on intake. Shirts with a strong pattern (checks, stripes) stand out on the busiest resale channels, while the plainer solid pieces build a steady, easy-to-move base stock.

A category that sells year-round

Short sleeves find their audience in spring and summer, while long sleeves and heavier fabrics (checks, thicker cotton) take over as fall approaches. The same lot covers both selling windows without depending on a single season.

Sizes and fits

Sizes are mixed as they arrive, mostly in classic men's cuts, with some variation in fit depending on the brand.
