Tommy Hilfiger sweater box

Box description

A selection focused on an iconic brand

This box contains vintage Tommy Hilfiger sweaters, a brand renowned for its classic American style blending preppy, casual, and sportswear influences. The styles may include various cuts: crew neck, V-neck, cardigans, or shawl-neck sweaters, offering a diverse selection suitable for resale in thrift stores or online.

The designs may feature the brand's typical visual signatures: embroidered logos, iconic flag, patches or embroidery depending on the collections and years.

A variety of materials and styles

The sweaters included in the box can be made from different materials depending on the collection: cotton, wool, or blends. This diversity allows us to offer pieces suitable for a variety of styles, from classic American vintage to the sought-after preppy look found in secondhand clothing.

The cuts can also vary: casual sweaters, cardigans, thicker or lighter models depending on the stock.

A lot designed for resale

The items are selected to form a cohesive set centered around a single strong brand, which facilitates presentation in stores or online. Tommy Hilfiger sweaters generally enjoy good brand recognition in the secondhand market, which can represent interesting potential for individual resale.

As with any lot of second-hand clothing, the valuation will depend on the seller's positioning, the sales channel, and the presentation of the items.

Clothing grade and condition

The items in this box are mostly grade A, corresponding to clothes in good general condition for second-hand.

Approximately 20% of the items may be grade B, meaning they may show normal signs of wear, small stains, slight discoloration, or minor defects related to use, which are common characteristics of second-hand clothing.

These characteristics are common in vintage clothing and do not necessarily prevent resale after washing, ironing or light restoration.

The clothing offered comes from the second-hand market. Each piece has therefore already had a previous life. It is normal to find slight signs of wear or variations in condition between items.

Some maintenance (washing, steaming or ironing) may be necessary before putting the item up for sale, which is part of the classic work in the business of reselling vintage clothing.

Frequently asked questions about boxes

Please read our FAQ page to learn more.

Where do your vintage clothes come from?

We work with international suppliers specialized in vintage and second-hand fashion.

Each batch is carefully sorted and selected to meet current market standards.

What is the quality of the clothes in the batches?

Our lots are made up of second-hand garments carefully selected for their resale potential. They consist primarily of Grade A items (approximately 80%), complemented by around 20% Grade B, reflecting the reality of the vintage and second-hand market.

Grade A items correspond to garments in good overall condition, in line with professional second-hand standards. Grade B items may show more visible signs of wear (light stains, fading, fabric wear or minor defects), while still remaining suitable for resale with the right positioning.

As with any pre-owned clothing, some items may show natural signs of use (slightly softened fabric, less rigid finishes, minor imperfections due to wear and washing). These characteristics are inherent to the vintage market and are part of the product’s lifecycle.

👉 To optimize your resale, we recommend carrying out basic garment care before selling: washing, ironing, and, if needed, light stain removal or minor adjustments. This process is a standard part of textile revalorization and helps enhance both presentation and customer appeal.

Our lots are designed to provide a balanced overall quality, allowing you to adapt your resale strategy (individual sales, bundle offers, or resale after light refurbishment).

Exception – “Mix Grade B” Lots

Lots explicitly labeled as “Mix Grade B” consist exclusively of garments with visible signs of wear, in line with Grade B standards. These items may require more in-depth cleaning, minor repairs, or adjusted pricing strategies before resale. Their pricing reflects this specific condition.

To learn more about our grading system and the distinction between Grade A and Grade B, see our dedicated guide.
